Assessment

Assessment should be regular, transparent, and support students in reaching their learning goals. I create formative and summative assessments that take into account the purpose of the assessment, the targets being assessed, and the appropriate assessment method. I aim to involve students in the assessment process, to offer choice in how knowledge is demonstrated, and to provide clear feedback to help students take ownership of their learning.
