Students

I believe in the importance of knowing students as individuals. I foster an environment where all students feel safe to take risks, and create opportunities for all students to learn.

I believe students should take an active role in establishing classroom norms. I have experience using school-wide Positive Behavior Intervention Systems as well as individual and classroom systems.
